Subject to your continued compliance with these Terms and payment of all applicable fees, we grant you a limited, personal, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and non-sublicensable license to access and use the Service for its intended purpose during the term of your active Subscription.
This license does not constitute a sale. We and our licensors retain all right, title, and interest in and to the Service. All rights not expressly granted to you are reserved.

Because the Service consists of digital goods that are delivered and accessible immediately upon purchase, all sales are final and non-refundable except where a refund is required by applicable law.
Initiating a chargeback, payment reversal, or dispute in bad faith constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in the immediate and permanent termination of your access, without refund, in addition to any other remedies available to us.
You are solely responsible for your use of the Service and for ensuring that your use complies with all applicable laws, regulations, and the rules, terms, and policies of any third-party platform, game, or service on which you use it. We do not endorse or encourage any unlawful use of the Service.
You acknowledge and agree that the use of the Service may violate the terms of service, rules, or policies of certain third-party platforms, games, or servers, and that doing so may result in penalties imposed by those third parties, including but not limited to warnings, suspension, or permanent termination of your accounts on those platforms.

We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, content, or practices of any third-party service, and your use of such services is governed by their own terms.
The Service, including all Content, software, and associated trademarks, logos, and branding, is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms transfers any ownership rights to you. You may not use our name, trademarks, or branding without our prior written consent.
We collect and process only the information reasonably necessary to operate the Service, process payments, prevent abuse, and enforce these Terms. By using the Service you consent to such collection and processing. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it except as described below or as required to comply with applicable law.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL WE BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, ACCOUNTS, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US FOR THE SERVICE IN THE THREE (3) MONTHS PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.

Nothing in these Terms affects any mandatory statutory rights to which you are entitled as a consumer under the laws of your country of residence. Where such mandatory law conflicts with these Terms, that mandatory law prevails.
We may modify these Terms at any time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above. Your continued access to or use of the Service after any changes become effective constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must stop using the Service.
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Service and supersede any prior agreements.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of that right or provision.
You may not assign or transfer these Terms without our prior written consent. We may assign these Terms without restriction.
We shall not be liable for any failure or delay resulting from causes beyond our reasonable control.
